Maximize YOUR Fitness

Inspired by the New Year I have watched so many people head "back" to the gym. Bottom line: you have to do what works for you. You have to do something consistently and you have to be able to stay with it. FOREVER.

My intention is to create a blog that incorporates all of the things that I have searched for through out the years - so that some one else may benefit from what I have found.
